There are only three commits, from Julian, that have not been ported over
to master :
3c7c453 Build: Update timestamp when linking files.
01d0af4 Build: Unify the rules and variables for xref-map files.
dec9be6 Build: Fix dependencies for translated manuals (issue 2125).
(I did check, by fetching staging-broken-23-dec and rebasing it on current
staging.)
I put issue 2125 back to "Accepted". I do not see tracker issues for the
other two commits.
