New issue 2221 by [email protected]: Duplicate node errors in snippets

Some lilypond snippets are included more than once in the doc, under
different tags. For each snippet a node is created from the @lydoctitle
macro. As soon as a snippet appears twice we get a duplicate node error
from texi2html.
