It looks like the bracket is making space for the dynamic, but the
dynamic is staying outside anyway. The same effect happens with beamed
tuplets, but in that case there's no bracket to move. It was
introduced sometime between 2.15.23 and 2.15.24 (I haven't narrowed it
down to the commit).
