I want the opposite behavior. \partcombine should always drop the reminder accidental if only one part needs it. Most often, the reminders compensate for missing context in a single-player part. The combined parts, often part of the conductors score, show more context and need fewer reminders.

If the extra context is the reason for the accidental, if we want to cancel the flat in the previous measure, it is better to use an automatic accidental rule that looks at the previous measure: #(set-accidental-style 'modern 'Score)
