New issue 2239 by [email protected]: google code only returns 20 or
25 comments with API

when you ask for all comments via the googlecode API and/or the json
interface, it only gives the first 20 or 25 comments. This means that if
any patch has a lot of interest (i.e. lots of comments), Patchy will
continually (and silently) test obsolete patches.
Workaround: always make a new issue number whenever there's more than 20
comments.
Fix: figure out why googlecode is borking, and/or find some undocumented
flag that tells it to *actually* return all comments, and/or file a bug
with them, or something.
ETA: 1 hour if you're familiar with python + googlecode api + json,
otherwise a few hours to gain familiarity with those first.
