Then either your patchy is not working with the current master, or it is not testing the current Rietveld review (I don't know why there are two, but the one in <URL:http://codereview.appspot.com/5595043> should be current).
Of course, if everything is fine and up to date, it will still protest against the patch made against staging since I am still in the Japanese translations with my Patchy run for bumping master to origin.
But then it should protest against warnings in the regression tests that will be fixed by the current difference of about 6 lines between staging and master.
