This needs some explanation. As I understand
1) The dashed-slur stencil is not used for the documented ways to make
dashed slurs (\slurDashed, for example)
2) This patch completely removes dashed-slur, as opposed to merely
deprecating it.
(Deprecate means 'disapprove' and is done when you decide you might remove
a feature in the foreseeable future.)
