Regarding comment #2: I tackled issue 1902 to stop the complaints. As a side-effect, you should be able to remove them now in the same manner that you consisted them (making it a good idea to assign them to a variable). Wait. Probably the parser is not happy with that idea and you would have to hand-synthesize your context mods. I'll give the parser a kick as well, but the warnings should be gone already.
