I've created two new context properties that specify rules for 3/4 beaming:
beamWholeMeasure
beamHalfMeasure
I've added regtests and updated the English documentation.
Although new syntax is added, the old syntax works, so I haven't messed
with the snippets in the old documentation in other languages.
