Well, this has been on countdown already and I just added "obvious"
material. There also needs to be some finishing on the auto-converted
manual passages, and announcement in changes and perhaps docs of its own.
According to convertrules.py, \tempo in output definitions has been removed
in 2.9.16.
Apparently in commit 7dcae7597fae14ce5c4e2e7d50c2709d162b7332 by Han-Wen.
Now \tempo was special-cased in output definitions which otherwise did not
allow for music.
This change here does not just bring back \tempo, but a whole trade fair of
music along with it. So I would appreciate a comment about the underlying
philosophy of having removed \tempo, and how this change might be rounded
off better in order to clash less with it than it probably does.
