That's all the "Issues To Verify" for 2.15.31 sorted out except for a
couple.
Issue 2219 is a build system change that I wasn't confident to mark as
verified based on the committish.
Issue 2346 seemed a bit odd. The commit is in the repo but the website
documentation does not seem to be updated. I'm guessing that the docs have
been updated but I have no idea where to look for them in the CG. So I've
asked for clarification.
