On the "help us" page,

the CG link points to:
http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.13/Documentation/contributor/summary-for-experienced-developers.html
which is a 404; that page only exists in the 2.13 docs. This is something
that makes it really hard for a well-intentioned contributor to help out,
and thus I call it Critical.
