Anybody interested in adding more references, here's what you need to do:
1. Add an entry in Documentation/web/we-wrote.bib (send a patch according
to the contributor's guide).
2. Add the pdf to
https://github.com/gperciva/lilypond-extra/tree/master/pdf (send a github
pull request or contact lilypond-devel so that someone will do it for you).
