New issue 2431 by [email protected]: Auto-generate Paper Size list in
Paper.scm to appear in Appendix

Requested by Trevor Daniels.
Currently the list of paper sizes is 'hard coded' in
notation-appendices.itely. This would mean if new sizes are added that they
would also need to be manually copied over to the NR.
It would be nice to simplify this by auto-compiling the information during
a 'make'
