The purpose of regression tests is to make sure that something doesn't break. They're usually implemented either as safeguards to prevent a new feature from breaking or checks to prevent a broken feature from re-breaking. This file seems more fitting as Documentation in one of the discussions about advanced tweaks. Do you think you could work this into that part of the documentation?
