Thanks. Looks like this should be deleted then?
Figures on rests are now printed by default, but this can be turned off
by setting ignoreFiguredBassRest to ##t. So the logic in the snippet
should simply be changed to show the opposite (i.e. they are printed by
default, but can be turned off).
