Dear LilyPond Development Team,
I was trying out LilyPond 2.15.95, and it appears that breathing signs still
collide with flats. (Issue 1006 mentions something similar, but it says the
issue was resolved in 2.15.9.)
Here is the snippet the produces the problem.
