SacredHarpHeads aren't displayed in partcombine sections when the second part is
at a higher pitch than the first part.

\partcombine
\relative a' { \sacredHarpHeadsMinor a4 c4 a4 c4 }
\relative a' { \sacredHarpHeadsMinor a4 a4 c4 c4 }
The third notes in the example are incorrectly changed from sacred-harp heads to
conventional heads.
