Point and click is intended to work, whether Frescobaldi is installed or
not. It seems to work on Windows when Frescobaldi _is_ installed. It
_does
not_ work on Windows when Frescobaldi is not installed. That's a bug.
Even after putting the very best butter in it, it is not expected to
work without a proper configuration, regardless of the OS
But the Windows installer should create a proper configuration. And it
doesn't. As I say - that's a bug.
