If you don't do that, your snippet changes will get overwritten by the
next LSR import.
If it works on 2.14, an LSR editor can take the contents of the
patch and reproduce it in the LSR, where is will then be picked up
from with a makeLSR run.
This is what I had in mind. So sending to devel is the best way? Or
is it better to start a Rietveld issue?
