Grand-replace hasn't been run for 2013 yet.

Since 2007, it has been run once a year, typically in early
January:

Can this be set as a cron job to run on Jan 1 of every year?

The only place I know where it could be set up as a cron job is on the lilypond.org server, and I'd be wary in the extreme of running a routine that attacks so many files automatically. Also, this would mean that master and staging would not be the same as the server. Better to run it on a development machine, post a patch to get patchy to check it and get it forwarded to master as normal.
