That one's tricky as it apparently refers to v2.19 information which is not yet live since we haven't released any 2.19 yet. The current "limbo" state where the next released stable and unstable major version numbers will be past the currently released stable version number is sort of an untested area. One can probably patch up the news using hardwired URLs. Are there other dead links around? Should we deflect the 2.19 and 2.18 directories on the web server back to their 2.17 and 2.16 counterparts for now?
