I'm getting insane about this. At restart, tomcat fails with

Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:
javax.servlet.ServletContainerInitializer
        at java.net.URLClassLoader$1.run(URLClassLoader.java:366)
        at java.net.URLClassLoader$1.run(URLClassLoader.java:355)

        at sun.misc.Launcher$AppClassLoader.loadClass(Launcher.java:308)
        at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadClass(ClassLoader.java:357)

If I restart it some time after, it works. I don't change anything--I just
restart it. I even tried to put a timed restart in the night-time rebuild of
the index. Nothing.

The stuff from ASF is way too overengineered.

Can you see whether the bug is there now?

Ciao,

                                        seba
