On Win 8.1, I can double-click on the ly file on my user desktop and get a
pdf. I can't save the test.ly to the public desktop, even when logged in as
administrator (weird), so I can't test the double-click there. Wherever I
can double-click, it works.
So, dragging to the icon works in 2.18.2 on user desktop, but not 2.19.36.
I won't have acces to Win 7 for a few days, but will confirm that then.
