(Not a bug in the conventional sense ... ) The page http://lilypond.org/bug-reports.html offers a link to post.gmane.org as the only way to submit a bug report if one is not subscribed to bug-lilypond@gnu.org. post.gmane.org has been down for some time, and is possibly down for good. The link should be removed from bug-reports.html.
