short exemple follow.
Using Lilybin version 2.18.2 doesn't create the problem.
The problem seems to occur only with staff-size set to 19, no other sizes.
\score{
{ <d' f' a'>2 q4 <f' a'> }
\layout { #(layout-set-staff-size 19 }
}
\score{
{ <d' f' a'>2 q4 <f' a'> }
\layout { #(layout-set-staff-size 18) }
}
