Ok
I had to delete that line in font.conf,
setting 1200 dpi causes large top panels and characters in windows.

Hi,
Check fontconfig DPI setting. The desktop environment LXQT sets this to 96 dpi
and it should be 1200 for
Lilypond.https://gitlab.com/lilypond/lilypond/-/issues/5136
