The first missing file is in build/Documentation/out/en/06 unchanged
since what seems to be the last time I built lily.
I'm going nuclear tomorrow: delete my clone, and start over. It's late
here and I spent too much time turning a bowl from green ash.
I won't post any more in this thread: as Jean commented, my problems are
not likely the same as the OP.
