Hi, I just found https://lilypond.org/productions.html with its listings of published sheet music.
As an addition, I submit https://ebersberger-liedersammlung.de/ which is a collection of approx. 240 copyright-free songs (mostly German), all set in Lilypond. (Disclaimer: I have been helping out in this project since December 2024.) Cheers Bjørn
