I just noticed this submission today:

although it has been posted since May.

We ought to mirror savannah traffic to the Patches pages to the list, or
else disable the patches page the way the bugs page has been disabled (the
support page already mirrors to the list).  I don't have enough savannah
rights to do this, or it would already be done.
