Ah, I see. It seems, than, that it fails to expunge the mailbox
somehow... Could you try running it with --debug=TP option? This should
display some (possibly helpful) mailutils traces.

I have just prepared a snapshot from the current CVS head. Could you
give it a try? You can download it from

(a .gz archive is available there too).

Possibly your server fails to process FETCH UID command. This will
require more investigation, though... Running sieve --debug=TP should
help clarify this.

At home I usually get my mail using sieve in a similar way. The
important difference, however, is that all my remote servers run
unices with various versions of free-software imap daemons..
