See the below example of a confirmation message I was sending to sourceforge to
enroll on a list. It thought my mail was spam because the time in the header
is in the future of sourceforge clocks.

=> 550 1.2 DATE_IN_FUTURE_06_12   Date: is 6 to 12 hours after Received: date

I tested this with GNU MH's comp program and no +9:00 is added to the date,
which is what I need in my location.

Do any of you know how to add this timezone information that will work globally?

Regards,
  Darel Henman
