Do you really want support for 2GB email transfers? That seems absurd. Files of that size should be transferred using FTP, or other file sharing protocol, not email MIME. Do any of the email/MIME RFCs have file size limits? If not, perhaps fseeko() can be a configure option for SysV systems.
