As you probably noticed the "TODO" file is there...
From my last 1.1 archive file I found that information about the MH program
suite
can be found at:
mailutils-1.1/doc/texinfo//mu-mh.texi
Try chaning the mailtuils-1.1 dir to your mailutils-1.2 with the same
following path.
I believe that the "README" file reference is a legacy [out-of-date]...
