Thanks very much (although I prefer #define PASS_REPL "...").
It's a much smaller issue (since the password is already being displayed
in this case), but if you do
% mail -f imaps://vojta:[email protected]
and there is no mail then it prints
imaps://vojta:[email protected]: 0 messages
