I've been using it for several years, but have not explored all possible features or interfaces betwixt the two within emacs. Though in my cygwin envirobnment bcc, at least three years ago didn't work because of platform differences, but I suspect that it was/is not an MH-E problem, but a memory utilization difference due to cygwin trying to emulate a proper os.
