I don't think failing autoreconf is a good idea.  There is always some
reason to run it - if not now then in the future when conditions change.
In this case, I was checking autoconf warnings because of missing
AC_LANG_SOURCE macro in AC_RUN_IFELSE.

and both files are not in the releases.  I was hoping not to patch the
tarball if I can avoid it.  Why are you re-inventing autoreconf?  It is
known-to-work standard method.

doc/imprimatur/README needs a patch for the correct URL.
