Hi Sergey -- decodemail --version from mailutils-3.10 starts with:

  decodemail (GNU Mailutils) 3.10
  Copyright (C) 2007-2019 Free Software Foundation, inc.

but it's 2020 ... crucial stuff :). --cheers, karl.
