I'm trying to build Mailutils 3.12 [1] on a very old Solaris 10 [2]. I see these messages before make gives up.

At the moment, I am trying to to use decodemail and mailutils 2047, so if I can avoid the problem by using an older version that provides both those features, I'd be grateful for a pointer to the right version.
