Follow-up Comment #1, bug #17105 (project make):
This problem doesn't happen with the native Windows build of Make 3.81. If
you rewally need to use the Cygwin build, I suggest to take this up with the
Cygwin maintainers: I don't know whether the Cygwin version is supposed to
support file names with drive letters. Otherwise, build a native binary, or
find a precompiled one somewhere.
