On Solaris 11.4 (32-bit mode): All 4 test failures in category 'features/archives', reported in <https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-make/2023-01/msg00130.html>, are still present.
Somehow your fix for archives.12 and archives.13 does not work in this environment. I'm attaching the config.status.
