GNU moe is a powerful, 8-bit clean, console text editor for ISO-8859 and
ASCII character encodings, with a modeless, user-friendly interface.

Changes in this version:
* The new command "extend bookmarks" has been added.
* The menu of buffers now shows the names of DOS buffers (those with
CR/LF line endings) preceded by a minus sign "-", or by a plus sign "+"
if they are modified.
* Find now shows feedback ("searching...").
* Octal escape sequences shorter than 3 digits are now accepted.
* The character code "\xA0" is now correctly recognized as whitespace.
* The configure script now accepts options with a separate argument.
