Can you post here the code that spawns the process? If the code is GPL'ed or any other Free license then I will try to test it. If you are able to isolate the piece that makes MyServer crash please do it, it will save us a lot of time; especially because I am quite sure that everybody here is trying to limit his/her time under Windows to the minimum necessary. A personal advise that I really feel to give, have you ever thought to leave it in favour of GNU/Linux? :) I don't know of any program like yours under GNU/Linux (though I never looked in detail), it can be very interesting to have one.
