Congratulations on the 0.9 release! :) I looked into MyServer's https support, and noticed that it is using the gnutls-openssl wrapper library, which is somewhat under-maintained at the moment. It may be better to switch over to the native GnuTLS API? Since MyServer appears to be written in C++, I'm wondering whether you have looked at GnuTLS's C++ library and bindings? libgnutlsxx.so is not widely used as far as I know, so there could be rough edges, but I think it would be a good test case to see if you can make it work.
