Are these capabilities exposed by ncurses as well (A_TOP)?
Is there any terminal where we could actually box texts with
A_LEFT, A_RIGHT, A_ROW and A_TOP?

btw. Some terminals nowadays have squiggles and strike-through
as well. I always wondered why this didn't make it right through
to ncurses.
