grep: illegal option -- o
Usage: grep [-c|-l|-q] [-bhinsvwx] pattern_list [file ...]
grep [-c|-l|-q] [-bhinsvwx] [-e pattern_list]... [-f
pattern_file]... [file...]
I think this is because of a Solaris "fix", that breaks it.
PATH=/usr/xpg4/bin:$PATH # just for xpg4 'id'. Sol11 is fine with /bin/id
So, it "fixes" id, but breaks the grep call, since /usr/xpg4/bin/grep
