[Bug-ocrad] Version 0.15-rc1 of GNU Ocrad released

Version 0.15-rc1 of GNU Ocrad is ready for testing here http://es.geocities.com/ant_diaz2001/ocrad-0.15-rc1.tar.gz 

Please, test it and report any bugs you find.

Changes in this version:

  * Added new argument parser that replaces `getopt_long'.

  * Fixed a bug that prevented compilation with GCC 4.1.
