Attempting to install Fedora the installation program fails when attempting
to configure
disks. When I boot from CD and run parted and type print I get the following:

containing the version (1.6.15), and the following message:
Assertion (heads > 0) at disk_dos.c:485 in function probe_partition_for_geom()
failed.
