I got this message when I tried to have a look at a USB memory stick I
couldn't mount ...
# mount /dev/sda1
mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/sda1,
or too many mounted file systems
# parted /dev/sda1 print
Error: Can't have a partition outside the disk!
# parted /dev/sda print
You found a bug in GNU Parted. Please email a bug report to
[email protected] containing the version (1.6.15), and the following
message:
Assertion ((c * heads + h) * sectors + s == a) at disk_dos.c:494 in function
probe_partition_for_geom() failed.
