The website on gnu is update via cvs, you need to setup a key on gnu to
allow connection to it (http://savannah.gnu.org/) and then you can fetch
the website, once you commit to it, the website should fetch the version
automagically (every 30 mins or so)
Setting a key may take up to 30 mins too so it will allow you to get FTP
cvs -d savannah.gnu.org:/webcvs/parted co parted should get your started
